Founding Strategic Project Lead (AI Data)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Work model: in-person, on-site.

Base compensation: $150K–$200K, plus equity and profit share.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of data projects against lab and customer requirements.
• Source data through and manage a global contributor network.
• Run quality control and help build scalable QC systems.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate all sides of delivery.
• Operate with high agency in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.

Requirements

• Approximately 2+ years of post-college experience; high-agency new graduates with human-data startup internships may also be considered.
• Generalist mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats.
• Comfort working in an unstructured, early-stage environment.
• Willingness to handle operationally heavy work and long hours.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco, California.
