Director, Project Management (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.

Salary: $158,819–$269,993 per year

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution across concurrent cloud, data, analytics, AI, operations, and security workstreams.
• Establish Agile sprint plans, manage epics and backlogs, and coordinate stand-ups, retrospectives, demonstrations, and release priorities.
• Manage budgets, burn rates, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, data, security, privacy, operations, and business stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare status reports and briefings covering delivery progress, costs, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and support security, compliance, transition, continuity, and operational-readiness activities.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex technology programs or projects with multiple technical workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and tools such as GitHub, Jira, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues, status reporting, requirements, change control, quality assurance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating cloud, data, application, security, infrastructure, or analytics teams and communicating technical trade-offs to government or business stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• FDIC personnel eligibility and background-investigation requirements must be satisfied.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure AI services, or comparable cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting federal or regulated modernization programs and governance processes such as A&A, ATO, NIST 800-53, security, privacy, and change control.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, Azure Monitor, or comparable delivery tools.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or comparable project or Agile certification.
