Associate Director, Project Management

Location: Remote within the United States, with limited travel to client or team locations as needed. Roles are open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, and San Diego.

Salary: $96,200–$135,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead mid-sized to large-scale digital projects across websites, digital platforms, content, and campaign initiatives, typically managing budgets of $1M–$3M.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, resourcing, and delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Drive projects from kickoff through delivery while managing schedules, budgets, estimates, actuals, ETC, and EAC.
• Identify risks and blockers, resolve issues proactively, and escalate challenges with solution-oriented recommendations.
• Act as a key client contact, run project meetings, manage expectations, and document decisions and next steps.
• Improve delivery workflows, templates, documentation, QA standards, and cross-discipline collaboration.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital project or program management, including ownership of large engagements or multi-track workstreams.
• Experience managing single projects with budgets of $1M or more from end to end.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI workflows, design systems, and digital build processes.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches such as Scrumfall.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite, plus strong financial management, communication, and time-management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
