Trust & Safety Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote from Europe

What you will do

• Own and deliver product safety and regulatory compliance features in collaboration with engineering.
• Drive the roadmap for AI moderation, age verification, and red teaming.
• Make safety, compliance, and product-impact trade-offs.
• Define detection thresholds, manage false positives, and shape human review processes.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO, Legal & Safety Lead, and Product Lead.
• Review reports that may contain disturbing or illegal content.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience with proven ownership of product decisions, delivery, and results.
• Strong safety and regulatory judgment, supported by concrete examples of product trade-offs and their impact.
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems, including thresholds, false positives, and human review.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Must be fully comfortable working with explicit adult content and reviewing disturbing or illegal reports.
