Staff or Principal Product Manager (Data Products)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: San Francisco $161,297–$230,000; Toronto $127,500–$175,500. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Define the product strategy for turning proprietary data into compounding business value.
• Own the full lifecycle of data products from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Partner with machine learning and data engineering teams on data modeling requirements and system design.
• Translate user and market needs into rigorous prioritization and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to launch products and establish feedback loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product experience and a record of turning data into product differentiation or revenue.
• Technical depth to work effectively with data engineering and machine learning teams.
• Strong user research skills and the ability to translate technical complexity into user experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-growing environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or Toronto office at least 3 days per week.
