What you will do

• Participate in assigned projects and contribute to team objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Attend planning meetings and workshops to understand project requirements and business operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support best-practice implementation.
• Communicate ideas, progress, and findings to team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. security clearance.
• Must work in the Colorado Springs office.
• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school with at least six months remaining until graduation after the internship.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; ability to work collaboratively and use office equipment.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or related work experience.
• Familiarity with the aerospace and defense industry.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
• Microsoft Access skills.
