2027 Spring Co-op HSE Process Excellence

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, with relocation to the office location required

What you will do

• Support HSE programs, policies, standards, documentation, records, and compliance dashboards.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, risk assessments, safety observations, and workplace inspections.
• Support process mapping, gap assessments, workflow optimization, standard work, and visual management tools.
• Collect, analyze, and present HSE performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop safety training content, toolbox talks, awareness materials, posters, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Facilities, HSE champions, and other stakeholders on improvement projects, audits, events, and program rollouts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in health and safety, environmental studies, engineering, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Expected degree completion by Spring 2029 and continuous enrollment throughout the six-month co-op.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must relocate to the Framingham office location and work onsite 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for the full co-op duration.
