Safety Intern - Summer 2027 (Aviation)

What you will do

• Observe Safety department meetings and support departmental activities.
• Analyze safety data, identify trends, and present findings to senior management.
• Research data to support process improvements across interfacing departments.
• Review company emergency response procedures and assist with improvements.
• Participate in operational risk assessments.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operational Analysis or Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, interpret technical and regulatory documents, and present information effectively.
• Ability to work onsite at the Carmel headquarters.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
