Summer 2027 Intern - Property & Casualty Claims

Location: Hybrid work at U.S. hub locations in Richardson, Texas; Tempe, Arizona; Dunwoody, Georgia; or Bloomington, Illinois. Interns should be available from June 2, 2027 through August 11, 2027, working Monday through Friday for 38.75 hours per week. Relocation benefits are not provided.

Salary: $24.00/hour. A separate $2,000 stipend may also be available.

What you will do

• Learn claims handling through investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and policy application.
• Work with medical, property, liability, and injury claims alongside experienced claims teams.
• Collaborate with agents, insurers, and repair shops.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities and connect with senior leadership.
• Take part in volunteer activities and community programs.

Requirements

• Be a full-time student enrolled throughout the internship.
• Be entering the sophomore, junior, or senior year and graduate in December 2027, May 2028, or May 2029.
• Study Business, Risk Management/Insurance, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, sound decision-making, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Be available for the full summer program with little to no disruption to the work schedule.
