Sr. Manager, Change Lead – Patient Services Platforms

Location: NYHQ, New York City, United States; hybrid work from site 2–3 days per week. Ability to travel based on business needs. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus eligibility for a 17.5% bonus target and a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management strategies covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses for large-scale transformation programs.
• Integrate change activities into project plans, timelines, governance, and enterprise change management methodology.
• Partner with project sponsors, business leads, IT, HR, Communications, Training, and hirify.global Digital teams to prepare colleagues for transitions.
• Coach senior leaders and people managers as change sponsors and champions.
• Monitor readiness and adoption data, troubleshoot resistance and capability gaps, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 5 years, or PhD with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in change management, organizational development, program management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading change across large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communications planning, and training design and delivery.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, verbal communication, and senior-leadership presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
