Location: Onsite at 221 River St, Hoboken, New Jersey, United States

Annual salary: $96,000–$186,000 for the Hoboken location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Drive operational readiness for hirify.global product launches across Client Services and Operations.
• Build scalable, data-powered launch and operational processes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and industry experts to develop launch solutions.
• Manage multiple launches, align requirements, resolve issues, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Identify risks, support capacity planning, and assess mitigation and organizational impacts.
• Support change management and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• Expertise in program and project management for complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of change management, impact analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience identifying, mitigating, and escalating project risks using risk management tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and financial data, maximize ROI, and coach and develop high-performing teams.
