Senior Technical Project Manager (IT Infrastructure & Network)

What you will do

• Plan and lead IT infrastructure projects from initial scope and site readiness through installation, testing, cutover, and closeout.
• Manage server installations, hardware upgrades, network equipment, cabling, data center infrastructure, and AV deployments.
• Coordinate Network, Infrastructure, Security, Facilities, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders.
• Track schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate hardware delivery, installation, validation, acceptance, and operational handoff.
• Improve repeatable project-management, reporting, risk-management, and deployment practices.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing technical IT projects, preferably involving infrastructure, networking, data centers, hardware deployments, or facilities technology.
• Experience with server installations, hardware upgrades, network installations or refreshes, and AV deployments.
• Experience coordinating technical engineers, vendors, contractors, Facilities teams, and business stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of hardware procurement, site readiness, cabling, power, networking, installation, testing, and cutover dependencies.
• Strong project planning, risk management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Monday, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project-management tools; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant project-management certification.
• Experience with enterprise network, server, data center, facilities infrastructure, or AV technologies.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or another complex technical environment.
• Familiarity with Japan or Japanese and flexibility to meet with Japan during its business hours.
