Technical Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, United States; US Citizen/Clearable required.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate developers, engineers, testers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze project challenges and develop solutions involving technology, methodology, tools, staffing, and execution.
• Provide systems analysis and strategic planning for software development, maintenance, and support activities.
• Oversee resource allocation, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and Agile continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management, software development management, or technology leadership.
• Experience managing large or complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, and be a US Citizen or clearable.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• Experience supporting government, defense, or enterprise software programs.
• Technical background in software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
