Sr. Solutions Architect (End User Computing)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Enable account teams on modern platforms and end-user computing strategies.
• Meet with customers to gather business and technical requirements and develop statements of work, bills of materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead whiteboard discussions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept efforts.
• Support consulting engineers with project delivery and participate in pre- and post-sales customer meetings.
• Provide work direction, escalation support, status updates, and guidance to solutions architects and clients.
• Develop new solutions, improve processes, and contribute to training and technical standardization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of AWS end-user computing solutions experience, including WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications, migration or replatforming, Citrix, and Horizon.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix DaaS, NetScaler, Microsoft AVD, Nerdio, Omnissa Horizon, Horizon Cloud, and Workspace ONE.
• 7+ years of delivery and architecture experience in Citrix and the EUC ecosystem, including 5+ years with virtual applications and desktops, VMware Horizon, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, AVD, Azure, or AWS WorkSpaces.
• Previous consulting and presales experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills for customer presentations, RFPs/RFQs, and proposals.
• Strong documentation, standardization, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or military experience.

Nice to have

• AWS ProServ experience and certifications in Citrix, AWS, AVD, or Omnissa Horizon.
• Experience with additional EUC technologies and vendors, including IGEL, Nexthink, ControlUp, Island, Liquidware, FSLogix, and VDI monitoring solutions.
• Experience in a team lead or management capacity.
