Partner Solutions Architect (Networking)

Location: Remote, with candidates in the New York region highly considered; position based in New York, New York, United States

Base salary: $129,891–$216,482 annually for New York

What you will do

• Train and enable partners on joint hirify.global and Lumen solutions and positioning.
• Work with partners to develop customer networking and security solutions.
• Create partner-facing technical content, including slides, videos, and PDFs.
• Participate in partner and industry events and webinars.
• Track industry innovations and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams while maintaining hands-on knowledge of hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with partner-facing or customer-facing technical engagements.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
