Enterprise Deployments - Senior IT Manager (SAP)

Location: East Peoria, Illinois, United States; 5 days onsite required. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $172,630–$258,950 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise deployment capability for large-scale ERP modernization and SAP implementations across manufacturing plants and supporting functions.
• Improve deployment frameworks, governance, playbooks, quality gates, roadmaps, capacity plans, and performance measures.
• Direct and coach program and project management leaders across concurrent, multi-workstream implementations.
• Guide site readiness, organizational change, training, testing, data migration, release management, cutover rehearsals, command-center operations, and hypercare.
• Strengthen SAP development standards, technical assurance, automation, observability, and lifecycle accountability.
• Build high-performing internal teams and manage systems integrators, software partners, and other suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex ERP or large-scale enterprise system implementations across multiple sites, business units, or regions.
• Experience directing senior program, project, functional, technical, data, testing, change, or release leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and technology change without compromising safety, quality, delivery, or continuity.
• Practical expertise in program governance, integrated planning, cutover, hypercare, organizational change, release management, data migration, testing, and software development lifecycle controls.
• Experience managing systems integrators, software partners, and multi-sourced delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders, build high-performing teams, and establish succession pipelines.
