Senior Manager - Major Complex Loss

What you will do

• Handle high-net-worth, major loss, property, and other complex claims, including escape-of-oil claims.
• Progress and control cases in line with company requirements and demanding Major and Complex Loss client service standards.
• Meet and maintain key performance indicator targets.
• Apply company and individual client procedures accurately.
• Produce technically accurate, high-quality reports.
• Build effective relationships with clients, brokers, and policyholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within an adjusting company or insurer, including major losses.
• Proven track record in property claims.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Dependability, persistence, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Training will be provided specific to the role.
