Director of Corporate Finance

What you will do

• Lead corporate FP&A, including the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial model.
• Own financial content for board materials and investor updates.
• Lead financial work for fundraising, including models, data rooms, and investor diligence.
• Develop scenario analyses for capital strategy, hiring plans, and M&A.
• Partner with Accounting on metric definitions and reporting aligned with audit and public-company standards.
• Lead IPO-readiness work, upgrade planning systems, and build the corporate finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years managing corporate finance at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Hands-on IPO experience, including S-1, banker models, and roadshows, or corporate finance experience at a public company.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, retention, cohorts, unit economics, and gross-margin drivers.
• Advanced three-statement, long-range, and scenario modeling skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with executives, the board, and investors.

Nice to have

• Investment banking or equity research experience before moving in-house.
• Experience with usage-based or AI pricing models.
• Experience with forecasting and KPI controls under SOX.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA.
