IT Agile Program Director (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Location: On-site in Tampa, Florida, United States. Current U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Hiring salary: $133,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Translate portfolio and program strategy into executable plans aligned across delivery teams.
• Coordinate PI preparation and planning, including roadmap sequencing, backlog readiness, capacity conflicts, dependencies, and commitments.
• Monitor systemic flow health, attend Product Owner syncs, manage escalations, and collaborate with Release Train Engineers.
• Review backlog refinement, analysis, design, and initiative status to ensure work remains aligned with intended outcomes.
• Identify cross-team risks, dependencies, recurring delivery friction, and stakeholder expectation gaps.
• Partner with the Agile Transformation Office to run improvement experiments and pilot standards, tools, and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field plus five years of IT or project management experience; alternatively, nine years of relevant experience or an approved combination of education and experience.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management, requirements definition, governance, problem management, and organizational change management.
• Knowledge of Agile and scaled Agile delivery frameworks, ERP implementation, business transformation, dependency management, risk escalation, and product or program management practices.
• Experience with JIRA or an equivalent product and program management tool.
• Must have current work authorization in the United States.
• This position is on-site in Tampa, Florida, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Experience with HR or finance systems and leading ERP implementation initiatives.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial and HCM.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Human Resources, and IT stakeholders on enterprise business transformation.
