What you will do

• Lead delivery and management of creative and strategic projects and programs.
• Manage program and client staffing plans, reporting, milestones, budgets, scope, timelines, and overall program health.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and develop mitigation and improvement plans.
• Oversee onboarding, workload prioritization, billability, process adherence, and standards improvement.
• Evaluate, coach, mentor, and develop Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers.
• Collaborate with portfolio stakeholders on client road maps, retrospectives, strategic partnerships, and delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience delivering strategic projects and programs in an advertising agency environment.
• Strong program management expertise and experience executing different project types.
• Advanced risk management, stakeholder management, reporting, and program-level financial management skills.
• Experience leading high-complexity or high-visibility projects, developing estimates and timelines, and working with ambiguity.
• Team-building, mentoring, delegation, escalation management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and strategic partnership skills.
