Design Services Consultant (Building Enclosure)

Location: Hybrid work environment; must reside within 30 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio. The posting also states Remote - Nation-wide. Site visits may be required.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Consult on complex building enclosure and exterior envelope projects.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise to internal and external project teams.
• Conduct site observations and prepare technical photographs and written reports.
• Schedule site visits with project teams and coordinate internal testing teams.
• Manage the project schedule and support engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems.
• Travel occasionally for site work, including possible air travel and overnight stays.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction experience.
• Experience consulting on building enclosure or exterior envelope projects.
• Ability to prepare technical site-observation reports.
• Ability to schedule site visits, coordinate testing teams, and maintain project schedules.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Must reside within 30 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio.
