Implementation Supervisor

Location: Remote

Salary: $94,200–$135,000 per year, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.

What you will do

• Oversee daily implementation activities and provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to implementation staff.
• Lead AI adoption efforts in healthcare through readiness assessments and workflow analyses.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, tasks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Develop and review workflows, procedures, documentation, status updates, and practical implementation playbooks.
• Support testing, training, change management, transition activities, issue resolution, and operational handoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Ability to identify risks, track issues, and support corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an office environment and meet the stated physical requirements, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
