Enterprise PLC Project Manager (Product Lifecycle)

Location: Remote, United States; 10% travel required

Salary: $107,440–$167,875 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead enterprise Product Lifecycle projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across product development, quality, regulatory, operations, IT, and change management.
• Improve NPI/NPD planning, phase-gate preparation, functional review readiness, risk management, and decision-quality documentation.
• Lead stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communications, training coordination, readiness tracking, and adoption reinforcement.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, governance routines, status reports, and executive updates.
• Translate lessons learned into sustainable standards, playbooks, templates, and operating rhythms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Direct experience leading NPI/NPD projects, including project planning, phase-gate readiness, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience leading change management projects involving stakeholder engagement, communications, training or readiness coordination, and adoption tracking.
• Strong project management skills covering schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, and executive reporting.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across functions, divisions, regions, and leadership levels.
• Typically, at least 4+ years of relevant experience are required for entry into this level.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM systems, product lifecycle processes, stage-gate governance, or enterprise product development operating models.
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or another relevant project or change management certification.
• Experience supporting global business transformation, process harmonization, or enterprise capability deployment.
