Salary: $90,000–105,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of influencer marketing clients from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption and retention.
  • Provide strategic recommendations aligning influencer programs with client business goals and lead strategic business reviews.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and KPI alignment.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables with precision and proactive issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA
  • English: B2 level or higher (job posted in English)
  • 3–5+ years experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media, preferably agency or paid media background.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
