Senior FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update financial models and detailed operating forecasts.
• Assess SaaS and marketplace financial health, including gross margin and net margin by product or product line.
• Evaluate departmental cost efficiency and coordinate departmental budgets into the corporate budget.
• Compare historical results with budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate growth plans, capital expenditures, investments, and new products through ROI analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior management and the Board of Directors while building relationships with finance leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate FP&A, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, financial modeling, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to complete work on time and provide regular updates.

• Experience with systems, automation, or process improvement.
