Senior Director, Corporate FP&A (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own Corporate FP&A planning, including long-range planning, annual planning, monthly forecasting, and consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting.
• Lead executive and Board reporting with decision-ready analysis of performance, drivers, risks, opportunities, and operating leverage.
• Build KPI and reporting architecture, including scorecards, dashboards, recurring business reviews, and analytical frameworks.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Finance, and business leaders on close, flux reviews, resource allocation, and strategic decisions.
• Improve planning and reporting operating rhythms, forecasting methodologies, systems, workflow automation, structured data, and AI-enabled Finance processes.
• Build, mentor, and develop the Corporate FP&A team and support M&A diligence and integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines, including meaningful experience at a leading technology company.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or the broader technology sector is strongly preferred; complementary investment banking or buy-side investing experience is ideally included.
• Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company, newly public, or public-company-readiness environment, including quarterly close, executive reporting, and Board reporting.
• Experience owning a consolidated P&L, company-wide forecast, and Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including building models from scratch, pressure-testing assumptions, identifying root causes, and translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, including preparing and presenting decision-ready materials to senior leadership and the Board.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across functions and geographies, influence company decisions, improve operating processes, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong systems and technical fluency, including experience with Pigment and AI tools, financial process automation, and applying AI to Finance workflows.
• Player-coach mindset with attention to detail and high standards of integrity, credibility, and accountability.
