Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; contributing to the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca

What you will do

  • Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, inventory retrieval, and dispatch operations.
  • Maintain computerized administration, stock inventory, and retrieval systems.
  • Establish and adjust work procedures according to production schedules and workflow.
  • Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for warehouse tasks.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Build teams, train employees, monitor performance, and communicate with internal clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in warehouse data analysis and information management, including inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools.
  • Intermediate English level required. Strong customer service, negotiation, communication, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills are also required.
