What you will do

• Manage tooling and monitor capacity to support mass production and customer requirements.
• Forecast machine and labor requirements and create detailed production planning schedules.
• Coordinate production operations based on material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Maintain weekly schedules and toy lists within the system for production delivery.
• Analyze and forecast capacity and manpower requirements to drive planning excellence.
• Review supply plans against demand in Blue Yonder and resolve item shortages.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
• 3-4 years of professional working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
