Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) - 2

Location: Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite. The role contributes to the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca and works the night shift.

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, inventory handling, and dispatch operations.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and services.
• Maintain computerized inventory, administration, and retrieval systems.
• Establish work procedures and develop departmental work instructions aligned with production schedules and workflow.
• Monitor team performance, train employees, and build an effective warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, company policies, regulations, and HSE standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar warehouse supervision role.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills in warehouse data analysis, information management, inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational improvement.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Intermediate English, strong customer service and negotiation skills, attention to detail, communication, and leadership experience.
