Shop Floor Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon, near Monterrey, Mexico. The role follows a 4x4 work schedule and offers the option to work from home up to two days per week under the hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Execute and coordinate daily production sequences for Final Pack, Pre-Pack, and Processing operations.
• Monitor and rebalance production plans based on business priorities, labor availability, machine utilization, and inventory considerations.
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP and ensure production schedules remain feasible.
• Coordinate with Operations on labor allocation and staffing requirements across production areas.
• Manage operational disruptions, including absenteeism, equipment downtime, material shortages, and unexpected production constraints.
• Monitor OTIF, Schedule Adherence, Production Accomplishment, and Volume Delivery KPIs, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, or inventory analysis.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate English proficiency at B2 level.
• Availability for a 4x4 work schedule and work at the manufacturing site in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon.

• Experience using SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
