IT Project/Program Manager (AI/ERP)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work is possible from home, the client site, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Lead program initiation, definition, and implementation.
• Build the program roadmap and ensure its execution.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Track program objectives, benefits realization, and incurred costs.
• Manage program risks and dependencies across programs and projects.
• Monitor the core team and report progress to business management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably including complex program management.
• Experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and synthesis skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch are required; non-Dutch speakers are not accepted.
