Transformation Management (Associate) Manager

Location: Hybrid in the Netherlands, with work from home, client sites, or offices in Amsterdam and Maastricht. Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, quality, and client-side change agent networks.
• Build trusted client relationships, support proposals, and identify account expansion opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodologies, toolkits, recruiting, and capability building.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or an in-house transformation role.
• Experience delivering change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and in financial services.
• Master’s degree in business administration, econometrics, organisational psychology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and project or programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe, or Agile.
• Experience with organisational design, communications, training, adoption strategies, data literacy, and digital transformation programmes involving ERP, CRM, cloud, or AI.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands; work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or APMG Change Management.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
