Practice Architect - Delivery Architecture (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Validate delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools during customer deployments.
• Provide hands-on technical support and escalation for complex or high-risk engagements.
• Define delivery architecture patterns, deployment sequencing, dependencies, and integration points across Cortex, Cloud, and Network Security platforms.
• Validate the full deployment lifecycle, identify customer friction, and improve handoffs between Professional Services and Scale & Optimize teams.
• Partner with Services, Product/Engineering, Customer Success, and Center of Excellence teams to align delivery standards with regional execution needs.
• Create playbooks, runbooks, and field guidance while mentoring consultants and architects.

Requirements

• Strong experience with cybersecurity platforms including Cortex, Cloud, and Network Security.
• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale implementations in customer environments.
• Deep understanding of deployment, integration, and operationalization of enterprise solutions.
• Ability to identify execution gaps and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across Services, Product, and Customer Success organizations.
