Solutions Architect (Application Security)

Location: Remote US (CST); requires alignment with CST working hours.

Compensation: $190,000–$250,000 annually, with potential commission targets, restricted stock units, and bonuses.

What you will do

• Educate developers and enterprise customers about application security and software supply chain security.
• Become a technical expert and evangelist for the hirify.global security product suite.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions for customer challenges.
• Guide customers through onboarding and help them achieve their security and development objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing technical role, including technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Strong understanding of software development, backend or full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with application security, software supply chain security, and/or identity and access management.
• Understanding of developer, DevOps, application security, open-source, and cloud-native ecosystems, with some programming ability.
• Experience engaging enterprise technical customers and articulating complex solutions throughout a sales cycle.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States with CST alignment.
