BS Customer Support Engineer

Location: Remote from Ukraine

hirify.global Business Systems is a product company developing software products and services that help FMCG businesses improve efficiency and growth.

What you will do

• Implement, install, configure, upgrade, and test software products.
• Train users and consult customers on software configuration.
• Work with MS SQL databases, data, and dashboards including OLAP cubes.
• Provide technical support by analyzing and resolving system and data exchange incidents.
• Research solutions, manage customer requests in the support system, and participate in internal and external projects.

Requirements

• Understanding of software implementation and support processes or previous technical support experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Fluent Ukrainian and B2+ English required for client communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication, troubleshooting, multitasking, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Ability to work with and understand technical documentation, collaborate in a team, and learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FMCG market.
• Basic knowledge of C#.
• Ability to read specifications and technical documentation.
