Technical Services Specialist (Security Technology)

Location: Remote, based in Bosnia or Serbia

What you will do

• Resolve complex technical challenges across access control hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers across Central and Eastern Europe.
• Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted technical authority.
• Plan and deliver Train the Trainer programs across the region.
• Collaborate with Sales on technical queries and product demonstrations.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows and industry events while maintaining current product knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bosnia or Serbia.
• Permanent working rights in Bosnia or Serbia are required.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with advanced access control or security systems.
• Fluent English and a relevant regional language, spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
