TL;DR
People Business Partner (People Operations): Building the People partnering function and scalable people infrastructure for a fast-growing mobile connectivity platform with an accent on organizational design, talent strategy, performance, and manager development. Focus on designing career frameworks, improving employee experience programs, coaching leaders, and using AI and automation to make People operations more effective.
Location: Hybrid, with regular time expected in one of ' hubs and occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites.

What you will do
- Advise organizational leads and managers on talent, organizational design, performance, and team effectiveness.
- Translate business goals into decisions about organizational structure, roles, capabilities, and talent.
- Coach managers on leadership, feedback, performance, team dynamics, and employee development.
- Lead talent reviews, development, promotions, succession planning, retention, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Design and evolve leveling, career frameworks, performance management, talent, and manager development programs.
- Improve onboarding, engagement, employee experience, and People operations through data, AI, automation, and scalable systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR or People experience, including significant People Partner or HRBP experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience partnering with leaders and managers across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong experience in organizational design, talent, performance, manager coaching, and employee development.
- Experience building or evolving career frameworks, leveling, talent processes, or other People infrastructure.
- Excellent judgment, coaching, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- A first-principles builder's mindset, with an interest in using AI and automation to improve People work.
