Leadership Initiative Sr Associate

Location: San Francisco, United States; other listed locations include Los Angeles, San Jose, and San Diego.

Salary: $77,700–$128,200 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Translate market and location priorities into workplans with outcomes, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate low- to moderate-risk projects, recurring workstreams, action trackers, and follow-up routines through completion.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, decision materials, status updates, executive summaries, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, growth forums, all-hands sessions, partner forums, and related logistics, decisions, and action items.
• Support culture, talent, alumni, community, and employee experience initiatives, including plans, budgets, communications, and execution.
• Maintain dashboards, project plans, reporting, procedures, and collaboration workspaces while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or at least two years of related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least four years of relevant experience in project management, market or location operations, leadership support, growth enablement, marketing, business development, or employee experience.
• One to three years of experience managing multiple low- to moderate-risk projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work and interacting with multiple leadership levels.
• Strong project planning, documentation, milestone tracking, risk identification, stakeholder management, business judgment, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, proofreading, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
