Sr. Project Manager (M&A; Integration)

What you will do

• Manage assigned acquisition integration projects and workstreams.
• Bring acquired businesses into established processes, reporting structures, and enterprise systems.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with Finance, IT, Operations, Human Resources, and acquired-company stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, support decisions with data, and escalate changes affecting the broader integration plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of related experience in project management, business analysis, finance, accounting, systems implementation, consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data reconciliation, lookup functions, pivot tables, and financial or operational analysis.
• Knowledge of business processes and enterprise systems, including data flows into financial and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, project organization, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and financial business skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment screenings; a valid driver’s license may be required for travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or post-acquisition integration.
• Background in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analysis, or finance transformation.
• Experience with ERP or CRM implementations, data migrations, or multi-entity reporting.
• Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable reporting tools.
• Experience in solutions building, construction, energy, industrial operations, or field services.
