Project & Program Management, Supervisor (Security)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; office-related duties are required.

Salary: $85,120–$134,400 USD gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Oversee multiple cross-functional and technical projects from roadmap through delivery.
• Plan projects and schedules, define success criteria, track milestones, and drive execution.
• Own program reporting, metrics delivery, and service reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate priorities and service improvement timelines with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Supervise employees, conduct onboarding and training, and support career development and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in program or project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in an engineering or technical role delivering privacy or security solutions.
• Experience providing immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks and move within an office environment in Mountain View.

Nice to have

• Experience with system management, OS hardening, network security, security segmentation, or security protocols.
• Knowledge of attacker trends, penetration testing, or breach investigations.
• Experience with data loss prevention, data protection, threat modeling, incident response, or emergency response.
• Experience leading security risk mitigation, technical risk assessments, and privacy or security engineering integrations.
