Translation Project Manager (Localization)

A language services team specializing in Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and British English translations for cross-market communication.

What you will do

• Oversee translation projects from initial request through final delivery.
• Coordinate translators and proofreaders while managing timelines, workloads, and project resources.
• Act as the primary client contact, scope projects, provide status updates, and manage feedback and revisions.
• Monitor project progress and perform quality checks against client requirements, style, and terminology guidelines.
• Maintain project documentation and improve workflows for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple translation projects.
• Experience with translation management or CAT tools and basic knowledge of localization practices.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional proficiency in at least two of English, Spanish, and Portuguese is highly advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
