Localization Project Manager

Location: Argentina (remote), based in Rosario. Working hours: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, including an 8-hour workday and 1-hour break.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of localization projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate linguists, vendors, engineers, publishers, DTP specialists, quality teams, and other stakeholders.
• Build project plans, manage timelines and dependencies, track milestones, and communicate progress and changes.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, escalations, budgets, estimates, quotes, reporting, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned projects and support a high-quality customer experience.
• Use translation management systems, workflow tools, automation, and AI-enabled processes to improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina and work remotely from the stated schedule.
• 3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a language-services or similarly complex global delivery environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, risk-management, and operational judgment skills.
• Understanding of localization workflows, quality management, project finances, project-management platforms, reporting tools, and localization technology.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise, strategic, or multi-service client accounts.
• Experience with MemoQ, Smartling, XTM, Plunet, or similar translation management systems.
• Experience with workflow improvements, automation initiatives, delivery metrics, or performance analysis.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project-management qualification.
• Experience in regulated, technical, software, multimedia, or large-scale marketing localization.
