Copy Quality Project Manager (Localization)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week at the Amsterdam HQ. Must be living in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Plan and execute localization initiatives across supported languages and markets, including launches of new languages.
• Maintain copy quality standards, localization guidelines, and quality metrics across products and experiences.
• Monitor machine translation quality and coordinate the resolution of product translation issues and ad-hoc requests.
• Manage external localization vendors, including delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Track and improve localization workflows, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Data Science, and AI specialists on AI-based localization tools and data-informed improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a localization team as a project manager or specialist.
• Analytical mindset with experience building Looker or similar BI dashboards and reports.
• Curiosity about AI and an interest in experimenting with new tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, proactive ownership, and concise communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment with minimal oversight.
• Must be living in the Netherlands.
