hirify.global is an independent game studio developing Albion Online, a cross-platform MMO for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android.

What you will do

• Provide fast, friendly, and effective player support through a ticketing platform, with potential chat and email support.
• Resolve technical, account, and gameplay questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to reach thorough resolutions.
• Identify recurring player issues and suggest improvements to the player experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of Albion Online, its systems, updates, and community trends.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully while protecting player confidentiality.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Italian.
• Solid written and spoken English for internal and external communication.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using digital tools, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong interest in online games and genuine motivation to support the player community.
