Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote; US citizenship required. Ability to gain DHS Public Trust is required.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform business analysis, systems analysis, reporting, and verbal and written communication.
• Facilitate stakeholder outreach and engagement.
• Synthesize data and information into clear reports that communicate the intended narrative.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and help define information-system upgrades or replacements.
• Conduct trade-off analyses across business and technical requirements.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and other information-systems documentation, and oversee analysts on assigned tasks.

Requirements

• US citizenship and ability to gain DHS Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least seven years of experience in systems analysis and design of information-systems programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to understand moderately complex information systems, including applicable programming languages, operating systems, and databases.
