Sr Business Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule requiring work from the office at least four days per week. Occasional travel within the USA and availability for critical after-hours deployments, upgrades, data corrections, and patching are required.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather requirements and understand HR processes with business partners.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ClickBoarding, SAP HCM, and related SaaS applications.
• Create reports using Report Stories, BIRT, and other native reporting tools.
• Design authorization models and coordinate enhancements and automation with engineering teams.
• Manage project activities, vendor release adoption, tickets, governance tasks, and system enhancements.
• Review and optimize HR technology solutions, including recruiting, onboarding, reporting, analytics, and security capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering HR or IT solutions and working with core HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration experience, including expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Knowledge of Employee Central, BizX, IAS, SAP HCM OM/PA, RICEF specifications, and SaaS recruiting solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience with SaaS HR solutions, requirements gathering, solution modeling, and documentation.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
