Vice President, Investments (Real Estate)

Salary: $300,000–$350,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Source U.S. real estate investment opportunities across property types and geographies.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from screening and financial analysis through due diligence, structuring, approvals, and closing.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate legal, tax, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations workstreams.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee junior deal team members, including workflow and quality control.
• Support asset management activities after closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of relevant real estate experience.
• Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills across real estate asset classes and fund structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines with strong judgment and attention to detail.
