Director, Investment Banking (Clean Tech)

Location: New York, NY; onsite at 300 Madison Avenue. Up to 15% domestic and international travel is required.

Salary: $233,813–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide advanced financial modeling and analysis for financing mandates in the clean tech sector.
• Execute mergers and acquisitions mandates to buy or sell companies and assets.
• Conduct deal-related due diligence and present findings to clients.
• Generate financing ideas using technical and industry knowledge.
• Develop and maintain external client relationships and business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting M&A and capital markets transactions.
• At least 5 years of experience using Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, and FactSet Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience developing detailed financial models for value analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience cultivating external client relationships.
• At least 2 years of experience with financing and M&A transactions in the clean tech sector; legal eligibility to work in the United States is required.
