What you will do

• Originate and execute asset-backed securities issuance and structured finance securitization lending transactions.
• Lead client coverage and develop the US asset securitization product strategy across sectors including container and railcar leasing.
• Prepare ABS research, pricing updates, client pitches, and capital markets transaction materials.
• Lead transaction deal teams covering modeling, pricing analytics, documentation, due diligence, and roadshow logistics.
• Perform financial modeling, write credit analyses, and manage credit risk approvals through closing and funding.
• Coordinate with coverage, distribution, corporate finance, financial markets, and sector teams while contributing to task automation and business digitalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial advisory.
• Experience in structured finance banking, international credit and rates markets, financial markets, and global economics.
• Experience with cash-flow modeling for ABS or warehouse lending transactions, including container leasing, railcar leasing, or data centers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data-tape analysis, pivot tables, large data sets, repayment-capacity modeling, and stress scenarios.
• Experience coordinating senior stakeholders, coaching junior team members, and working with sustainable finance and ESG.
