What you will do

• Originate and execute asset-backed securities and structured finance securitization transactions across sectors includhirify.global container and railcar leashirify.global.
• Lead client coverage and contribute to the strategy for the US asset securitization product offerhirify.global.
• Prepare ABS research, prichirify.global updates, pitchhirify.global materials, and transaction documentation.
• Lead deal teams across modelhirify.global, prichirify.global analytics, due diligence, documentation, and roadshow logistics.
• Perform financial modelhirify.global, write credit analyses, and manage credit risk approval processes through closhirify.global and fundhirify.global.
• Coordinate with internal coverage, capital markets, distribution, finance, and financial markets teams while helphirify.global automate daily workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounthirify.global, or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in bankhirify.global or financial advisory.
• Experience in structured finance bankhirify.global, international credit and rates markets, financial markets, and global economics.
• Experience with cash-flow modelhirify.global for ABS or warehouse lendhirify.global transactions, includhirify.global container leashirify.global, railcar leashirify.global, or data centers.
• Advanced Excel experience, includhirify.global data tape analysis, pivot tables, large datasets, repayment-capacity modelhirify.global, and stress scenarios.
• Experience coordinathirify.global senior stakeholders, coachhirify.global junior team members, and applyhirify.global sustainable finance and ESG principles.
